Chops' steel-pan band, Pan-handlers, is hosting Minnesota’s first steel-band arranging competition! The winner will receive a $500 cash prize and the winning arrangement will be added to Pan-handlers' set list for the 2025 performance season. Visit the band's website for all the details.
